The European Court of Human Rights has notified in writing its Chamber judgment - not final - in the case of Konstas v. Greece.. The case mainly concerns comments made by the Greek Prime Minister and two Greek ministers about the applicant (former university professor, Minister for the Press and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Council of Europe) in the context of criminal proceedings against him that were still pending on appeal.
